Nick Ferenchak

Nick Ferenchak is an adjunct professor and research assistant in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. He specializes in examining active transportation and its influence on health and safety. Nick has prior education and experience in both transportation planning and engineering.

Nick has worked with various organization dealing with everything from policy in Washington, DC to transportation engineering in Europe. He has been involved with transportation planning and management groups, along with advocating for local transportation reform. 

Nick contributed to EMBARQ India's webinar titled "Motorised Two-Wheelers in Indian Cities: A Boon, A Bane, or Both?" and talked about the The complex relationship between public transportation, two-wheelers and personal automobiles.
