Duncan Castellino is a Marketing and Retail professional with 15+ years of experience in the field.  For the past 10 years he has worked within FedEx’s Retail Marketing group, based in Dallas, Texas.  Currently he directs a team responsible for US-based loyalty programs, US outbound retail marketing & Alliances for FedEx’s Retail division.  Additional responsibilities include supporting retail for FedEx regions across the globe.  While at FedEx, he also has had stints in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Marketing, and Corporate Strategy. 

Prior to joining FedEx, Duncan worked at The Home Depot, the 3rd largest retailer in the US, developing leapfrog programs such as Automatic Self-Checkout and Receipt-less Returns.  He also has worked for a VC backed software startup in Silicon Valley, California and a civil engineering firm in Los Angeles, California. Duncan has a M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from UCLA.

Duncan presented at EMBARQ India's webinar titled "Meter Maile 20 Kas Kudangie! It'll Be 20 Over The Meter!: FedEx Experts Share Learnings For Auto-rickshaw Businesses" and highlighted some of the current challenges in the call Auto space.
